Java – not always a cup of steaming coffee

(Blimey, 27th already)
And less than 8 weeks to the World Cup.
Java Logo

Good day everyone.

You most likely are just a curious passerby,
ended up here following a wrong turn in your cyber path.
After a few weeks of struggling with HTMLs and CSSs and PHPs I am back.
Oh! I learnt that Java is not always a cup of steaming coffee.
Don’t ever get fooled by the logo.

I also learnt that when they say create back ups, I should have listened.
No I did not. Time and time again I was lazy, born of a habit of many years.
With disastrous results.

Starting over and over again has its benefits.
I learnt the hieroglyphics of computer scripts quicker than I ever intended.

Well, the World Cup 2007 pages are almost finished, and linked. Well, almost almost.
Just a bit of my virtual blood sweat and tears somewhere in the matrix of of cyberspace.

Even if they never get to see a single visitor, I have no regrets.
I now know how to create web pages and forums and blogs;
and ‘hack’ the programmes and create my own mods.

Its weekend.
Its a glorious morning where I am sitting.

India is off to a flyer on a batting pitch at home.
SA managed a meagre 26 runs lead.
English team is being ridiculed in the Australian press.

Seems everything is as should be.
Exactly where I left off.

Good day, my virtual friends, I am my ownself again.
