Who will bell the cat? – the real problem for Indian cricket

It has been said that Sehwag too, like Pathan, should be dropped and sentback to re-find his form in domestic cricket.

Following the series defeat in SA, Tendulkar’s name is being added to it.

Indian team is supposed to have in Greg Chappell, the ‘best’ batting coach ever.
How is it that players like Sehwag and Tendulkar are out of form for so, so long?

If this eminent batting coach cannot help them get their form back, how are they meant to ‘regain’ their form in domestic cricket, against domestic bowlers, on slow domestic pitches and under ordinary domestic coaches?

And is it not a slap in the face of this eminent coach that Ganguly, has regained his form without Chappell’s help, when class players lost theirs’ under his supervision.
Then what the …. is Chappell doing as a coach?

The main problem with Indian cricket at this moment?

That Chappell did not turn out to be what they claimed him to be.
He has been protected by only those who wanted Dravid as captain, and are grateful to Chappell for having made that possible.
He has been given unprecedented power as the Indian coach. Anyone who dares to speak out is severely reprimanded by BCCI.

Failure on the field?
That is something for only the fans to cry about.
That is Indian cricket for you.
